Pathways Asset Management, Inc., a subsidiary of the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA), is pleased to announce the waiting list opening for the following property effective 11/19/24 at 8:00 A.M. CST until 5:00 PM on 11/20/24:

Pathways at Georgian Manor Apartments: 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms

All applications must be submitted online using any computer, smartphone, or tablet. During the opening, visit www.hacaapply.org to apply. Applicants must have an email address to apply and the ability to access that email.

After 5:00 PM CST on 11/20/2024, new applications will not be accepted until another opening is announced.

Bedroom Sizes:

The waiting lists for 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units will be accepting new applications.

Amenities:

Each unit at Pathways at Georgian Manor offers a washer and dryer and central air. All units are duplex style, flat units. The property features a community room, a covered playground, youth programs, and proximity to Lanier High School, Burnet Middle School, and Barrington Elementary.

Pathways at Georgian Manor is located at 110 Bolles Circle, north of HWY 183, west of IH 35, near North Lamar Blvd.
