Three Public Hearings to be held: November 10, 2020, at 10:00 AM (via teleconference); Friday, November 13, 2020, at 12:00 PM (via and Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 5:30 PM (via teleconference to receive public input for the draft 2021 Annual Plan and updates to the 2020 2024 Five Year Plan.
