When it is your property’s turn to come online with the portal, a link to your property portal login page will appear on this page. Watch for it coming soon!

While you wait for your property, you can get started by confirming your email address with your property manager. Having a current email address in our software system will be required to create an account in RentCafé.

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin and Pathways Asset Management, Inc. are currently working to introduce RentCafé, a new online tool that will let residents pay their rent online, review their payment histories, and submit online maintenance requests.
