PUBLIC NOTICE: WAITING LIST OPENS FOR LAKESIDE APARTMENTS

Pathways Asset Management, Inc. has announced a waiting list opening for Pathways at Lakeside Apartments, from 8 a.m. April 7, 2025 to 5 p.m. April 11, 2025. Applications MUST be submitted through the online application portal. The application can be accessed by any computer, tablet, or cell phone with an internet connection. Applicants must have an EMAIL address to apply and the ability to access that email.

BEDROOM SIZES:

The waiting lists for 0, 1 and 2 bedroom units will be accepting new applications.

AMENITIES:

Lakeside offers community laundry rooms and access to Family Elder Care. The property features a community room, on-site library, and waterfront views. Utilities are included for all the units.

Pathways at Lakeside is located at 85 Trinity Street, Austin, TX 78701
