The Analysis of Impediments, or AI, is a planning process for local governments and public housing agencies (including HACA) to take meaningful actions to overcome historic patterns of segregation, promote fair housing choice, and foster inclusive communities that are free from discrimination. Central Texas Regional AI has a draft of their study ready for public viewing and comment, through April 23, 2019.
