Submitting Open Records Requests to Housing Authority City Of Austin

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin is committed to upholding its responsibilities under the provisions of the Texas Public Information Act and ensuring public access to its records as quickly and as accurately as possible. Written requests should be submitted in any legible format by emailing openrecords@hacanet.org.  Please include enough description and detail about the information requested to enable HACA to accurately identify and locate the information requested.  Please cooperate with our efforts to clarify the type or amount of information requested.
