Opening of HACA Housing Waiting Lists

HACA is pleased to announce the opening of waiting lists for the following HACA properties effective 8/15/2018 at 12:00 pm CST:

• Chalmers Courts – two bedrooms
• Gaston Place (elderly preference) – one and two bedrooms
• Northloop (elderly preference) – one and two bedrooms
• Rosewood Courts – efficiency, two and three bedrooms
• Salina (elderly preference) – efficiencies
• Santa Rita Courts – two, three and four bedrooms
• Thurmond Heights – two bedroom

Applications must be submitted through HACA’s online application portal at www.hacaapply.org.

CLOSURE OF HACA HOUSING WAITING LIST

Due to estimated wait times greater than 36 months, HACA will be closing the following housing waiting list effective 9/14/2018 at 5:00 pm CST:

• Booker T Washington – one bedroom
